POLICIES
RESERVATION POLICY- Rates are for the first 2 guests (4 in the 2 bedrooms).
Each additional person is $7.00 per day.
A $100.00 deposit will hold your reservation, the remainder is due upon arrival.
The 7th night is always FREE.
A 9% tax will be added to your bill.
No refunds for early departures.
Check in time is 4:00 PM
Check out time is 10:00 AM.
Late departures will result in an additional day rental fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY–
Deposits will be refunded only if your reserved cabin is re-rented (minus $25.00 processing fee).
PET POLICY - We allow pets upon previous approval.
Pets must be on a leash and must not be left unattended at any time.
